For general health & vitality, massage a few drops twice daily on the soles
of the feet, along the spine, on the earlobes , around the navel, or use in the
bath.
For refreshing tired legs, massage a few drops along the (varicose) veins.
For assisting in the prevention of colds rub a few drops onto the forehead,
below the eyes, around the nose and onto the throat & chest. (Best used in
conjunction with oil no.5 for severe colds.)
To assist in the prevention of migraines & headaches, apply a few drops to the
upper spine & neck (atlas), forehead & temples.
Also recommended for contusions, sprains, insect bites, minor burns.
