DELIVERY: Under the applicable law relating to 'Selling on the net' we have 30 days to complete the order.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
However, in practice a vast majority of orders are dispatched on the same day or the day after the order is placed.
We generally use the Royal Mail/Parcelforce service for all deliveries. We will use other postal delivery services if necessary.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (a working day is 09.00-17.00 UK time Monday to Friday excluding official holidays).
The timing of arrival of your order then depends on the efficiency of the carriers concerned. Once an order is posted, it is up to the postal carriers to deliver to the customer on time.
We shall not repost or refund (as the case may be) your items until 15 working days has ellapsed. This duration of time is necessary before Royal Mail can decide on the outcome of their investigation of the "missing / damaged parcel"

HEALTH AND SAFETY :
Our packing will state if nuts or traces of nuts may be present in the product.
We rely on our suppliers to label the packaging correctly. TAX : Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged in accordance with UK Tax regulations.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS :
We will make every effort to safely secure all postal orders but sometimes goods can be damaged in transit. Goods damaged in transit or incorrect goods sent must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods. We will either refund or exchange the item (depending on the outcome of our investigation) and also refund you the postage costs if necessary. Refunds are only given on items that are returned unopened.
When posting items back to us, you should do so by either first or second class Royal Mail, and at the same time inform us in advance.
Please note that it can take up to 15 working days within the U.K. and perhaps longer outwith the U.K. for your order to arrive. Should your goods not arrive, initially, you will be asked to check with your local sorting office. If you have not received your order after 15 working days you will be required to e-mail or telephone customer services to confirm this. We will do our best to achieve a satisfactory outcome while we process a claim to Royal Mail for any lost goods.
If you fail to inform us that you have not received your order within one month of the order date and your order status is shipped we will not resend or refund the order.
If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from us for any reason provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept the return provided the goods are received unopened and unused and will credit your account upon receipt. A 10% administration charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
If an item is returned to us due to a failed attempted delivery and not collected from the post office, customers will be required to pay full postal charges again for redelivery. We will advise customers if and when this occurs.
We reserve the right to increase any administration charges if necessary.
We are not responsible for errors made by Royal Mail.
When placing an order, you must enter the correct and full delivery address including the post code.
We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
